I feel I must point out a confusing part of your riddle, then...

Canada is divided into provinces, not territories. However, it does have some territories in addition to the provinces. Likewise, the US has territories which are not considered states... do we include ALL of the states/territories/provinces?

EDIT: I figured out the answer, but I still think it could be confusing since

the US has territories, too.

That's what I was saying. Also, I figured out the previous answer, but you might want to change the wording on that level.

I've tried several names for that type of video, but nothing works yet. I'll keep looking.
