Could someone help me with 11, please?

When I play with brightness and contrast I can see that one letter in "exif" has different colour than others. Maybe it has something to do with finding the answer? I just can't find a way to use that info.

Bronwyn, I don't know actually... I have a mac you see, though for me it works fine with the program that shows the picture when you doubleclick it... Anyone else knows?

Still can't get 11. I solved Quickriddles 1, 2 and 3 in one morning, but in this I'm totally stucked now.

Edit: Finally done! =) Only secret level to find (I could use a hint...)
