I'm stuck on 14 as well. I have found the hidden words and I see there is a missing item in the address of the logo, but I don't know what to do with all of that to get a different result. Any hints would be appreciated. It's probably obvious, so feel free to heap on abuse as well, if there's a hint along with it.
