@Hugo -- If you have WMP, open that and set it as your default player for MP3 files. Then, go back to the page and refresh it. Once it's playing in WMP you can save it

@Hugo -- I have an MP3 editing program so just used that, but I believe Windows SoundRecorder can do it.
