i'm stuck on knowing my history. i couldnt understand what the guy was saying properly apart from the last 3 digits. can anyone help me?

stuck on level 8, found the name easily enough. just unsure what to do on level 8 as it looks like a dead end but we've seen that kind of dead end before.
