the egg helps. I couldnt get anything off the phone but the word you need is there. the runes give you 4 of the letters.

just for the record, you didn't need to find anything on the phone pic

you can convert the three numbers using a mobile phone to the missing letters, but as you said the word is just there - stupid, really...
