ok, on 19, I know what I need to do in terms of

audio files but I don't know what I need to do to it. I've heard about reversing it but to no avail.

What you need? You could use for example Audacity, which is free.

And now I'm stuck on 18 and the frustrating part is that I know what I am supposed to but I can't. I've done what the source code clue told me but I can't find that extra info. The problem is that other than looking in the pic properties, I just don't know how to find any additional info about a picture. Help!

Mistery, thanks but I'm still stuck. I've opened the pic in paint, GIMP, and my photo program (picassa) and I've got nothing. I think I'm up against my technical limits/ignorance here.
