I think it's very hardest to solve even if you have a clue

Ok. This is my method after I received the answer form PM..

When you heard someone count "1-2-3",What do you think? Is someone starting to do something? look up to the title "It's Over" that mean "Stop!". Why you want them to stop and how? This must be very terrible if it starts so you should take a DEAL with them, Right?

and the terrible is NUCLEAR bomb.

i'm on the 2nd part of 34, with the m**** c***, which i have deciphered, so i assume i need to

decipher something else, presumably witha caesar cipher

but i cannot find anything else on the page to go on - unless it has somthing to do with the page title,

"enemy on its mission"
