Level 24 of Solve the Puzzle riddle

Hey, does anyone understand how to do level 24?

I read the previous posts but they didn't help me much.

I know what the date symbolizes

edit: nvm i kept on overthinking it....

just google "importance of (the numbers in alphabetical order)", click on the first link, punch in CTR-F, type in the date, and look at the first post on the site. Use one of the names in the post and never use capital letters!

edit2: need help on level 25 now! I used all of the initials for all of the different names for the game show in U.K., U.S. and India, but i've gotten nowhere!

Could it be the initials of the Indian version of the show which is KBC? or is it something else that I'm totally missing?

I am soooooooo stuck on level 18... the one that says its winter lol and it has a pic. the GA pic. I found that level 18 has a hint. the hint is:

EDIT: I've also tried typing the answer in the same cipher and same site... in fact, I've typed just RANDOM JIBBERISH and got the same site???
