The answer is inside the image (jigsaw time?), why not try transferring it to something and playing around?

It looks like it can be a jigsaw. you should be able to move the pieces or lines but I cant move anything.
What do you mean by "transfering it to something"? How - what - where??

Why dont you save the image to paint and cut and paste the little squares..

Or print it and use scissors...
