Dracula's riddle 2

The fact that the most recent players who have commented on this was from 3 weeks ago is somewhat alarming to me since I just started and got hooked

Anyways, I could use some help with the downtown level if anyone could provide any assistance? I've found:

the seven numbers in the photo, multiplied them together, and tried to decode the big number, but I'm just getting nonsense like V-I-C-T-B-T-L-S, or something along those lines.

Edit: solved that one, but now I'm stuck and wondering:

Any clues?

Forest of stakes (past):

Noticed that there is 4 groups of 19 letters. Also I saw a clue about "elimination" but when I use it, I get a gibberish like "****"

Which one is the Frozen forest? i'm trying to look in the notes and from chapter 4 by frozen i see 'The Frozen Path' so i'm not sure if it's that one what you mean

For Forest of Stakes (past) :

you are almost there your letters are correct so i will remove them from the spoiler just you need to put them in order as they were pick up from the pic and then take close attention what is between the groups
