What's the shortest distance between A and B?

You will get a phrase when you're done. And if you're anything like me, you'll wish you'd gotten that phrase as a hint.

I also regret to say that I will need a hint on Frozen Path. Can't find the egg...and as helpful as that "Search This Thread" function is, the clues just aren't helping. -_- *Sighs*
