Stuck on Rainbow Waters.

I've done the math, found the primary colors.
I've found the prime factors of each number and I see they're connected
to the numbers on top. I've divided all the colors below into the colors above.
...After doing ALL the work, I'm still not getting an answer.

I understand I'm making a VERY stupid mistake here. I'd appreciate it if anyone could drop me a helpful PM.

Lol o_o I am so way behind because I started this riddle late...

The two 'strange' words given on the page.. Below the formula.. Google them.
Try finding the article and wiki. The answer is the person who's theorem it is...

Ignore the numbers. They are used in a different level.
Look down.. see how one letter given on the page changes to another?
Copy that movement for the phrase given on the screen.

Use the numbers given in a previous level..
then start counting the letters according to those numbers..

First thanks for helping, found some more, but...

at old street i done the decoding, did it again, doesn't work, maybe i don't read the letters right on the street, (pbdyof?)
at twilight zone i ve done it several times, i just count the the letters with the couloured numbers right?

And thanks in advance for helping me out.

No decoding. As you type.. look at your fingertips. Where are they?
That's where the answer is

Start counting from left, topmost and count horizontally, not vertically. And yes, use the colours numbers.
