I'm in Chapter 4 in a place where you have to reveal four clues. I've done it, I can see all 4 clues but have no idea what they are talking about;(

I know what is 1,2 not sure how to understand 3
the part about elastic lines also confuses me

found those 7 sets of numbers&letters. Guess they tell me how to move the objects on pic, but no point trying untill I understand fully all the Rules

i've just started this riddle for the past week and i'm new to this forum. i've tried several ways of counting the 6's from 1 to 1666 like counting all the numbers from 1 to 1666 that has a 6 and also counting how many times a 6 appears from 1 to 1666. need help please! i'll really appreciate some help.
