Here's a hint for Level 9, Chunder,
If you type "helped kill James Garfield" into Google the first result will tell you. They don't mean literally, as in a co-assassin, but someone did something while Garfield was still alive after the shooting that some historians believe may have caused his death. You just need the last name."It was a face that needed soap and water and Christian tolerance."

Well, I beat it! That was the first URL riddle game that I've actually completed. That one was alot of fun and most of the answers are pretty straightforward (so don't worry, you don't have to be some sort of mathematician or computer expert or foreign language genius to solve these puzzles). I'm so stoked.
If anyone needs help, just let me know."It was a face that needed soap and water and Christian tolerance."

Okay, level 11:
The number on the tail wing is a clue. If you Google that model number you should get a bunch of search results about the Marine Attack Squadron. What you're looking for is the manufacturer of the plane. It's one word.
Let me know if you need a more in-depth hint. That one actually took me about thirty minutes to figure out and it was by trial and error that I got the right answer."It was a face that needed soap and water and Christian tolerance."

Church, you're on the right track with Twin Peaks. The picture is of a character from the show.
This is one of those puzzles where you have to put everything together. The title of the page is "Thanks, Margaret". There was an actress on Twin Peaks whose first name is Margaret. If you find her first and last name, Google it and the first Google entry will tell you what she was known as on the show Twin Peaks. The answer to the puzzle is two words. Bear in mind what she is holding in her arms in the picture puzzle. Hopefully that helps you out."It was a face that needed soap and water and Christian tolerance."
