I'm lost of level 1a. I got it translated, but I don't understand it (again).

Thanks Lilliputt. I'm on 3 now, but I don't see anything but a blurry picture of a beach. I read in the thread that you need a photo editor. Is there any other ones besides photoshop? I don't download photoshop on my computer because I would not be using it as often and it would just take up space.
