2nd. use the decoder on the symbols


still totally stuck on 7.

i need more of a hint... i am a bit slow.
checked out the pic close up and can see something wrong but how do i use it?

so, i've tried 2 javascript decoder websites. i have tried decoding and encoding the text on the page and the entire source code. all that come out is this... nerd code stuff. what am i doing WRONG?

i am too quck to jump to conclusions...

i still need help on 7. looked at the pic and know it has things wrong with it but dont know how to apply it to the riddle.
