Stuck on 23 I saw a clue about

unusual things (tag) in the source

but don't get it at all

EDIT: yes, I did misread the clue, they edited their post for level 25

It seems that players are way overthinking this level - it is NOT supposed to be really difficult.

Just use the tag name as first part, and add the second part to it to get the solution.

My hint above was about level 25 - I assumed from the post content that this level was meant (and the level number just mistyped).

Yes, I did misread a post, I just checked back and it seemed they edited their post for level 25. oops.
