You need to enter the name of the original after which one the island in the book was built/described.

No need to decipher text under the image, use initials - and decipher something else

d***** is correct, but don't apply it onto l*** r**** but on something else in the source. This will be the answer.
And also use l*** r**** as it is to change the URL
