feeling really stupid but

I'm not understanding how to "use the directions from the title". I've been staring at the words hoping a lightbulb would turn on but I'm just not getting it. Can I get a more specific hint!?

When you have the list of words written down on a piece of paper nicely under each other, start at the top left, and follow the directions. Think compass, e.g. N=north (~ up); S=south (~ down); NE=north east (between up and right in a 45° etc.)

there are only three words to line up right? t*****, b***** and n*****. if that is so, i don't get how you can go SW five times in a row...you run out of room. ) :
