@RBS, had a hard time with this one also then I found a site with a story.

you're looking for the First Name(obvious), Last Name(think of the positioning of the firstname), and the location the mail is going(abbreviation)

Look at the word and it's position and you should also see another word within the first. What crisis are we going thru right now?
