you can get the specific color using photoshop or gimp

but you may need to read the help files on the program for instructions.

I figured out if you

figure out the letters underneath using the clue in the source code

you get something that didn't help me much.

in the source code it also says "turn off google safesearch to get more search results" so i searched what i got after unscrambleing the letters and i found the answer in some other site (i really had to turn off the google safesearch).

stucked in 13 now.

what you get from the unscrambled letter exactly like it appears in the search box and the first search result in google (after turning safesearch off) will be a site in which you will find the answer. just read the short funny story in that site and you'll know the answer.
