answer is 2 words, first word = the word that you see including the red symbol/letter; 2nd word = a profession, who wears a cap with that red symbol on it?

well this should certainly destroy my brain in time for the new Oddpawn Chapter, thats for sure ;-)
It might help if the green letters all made an actual word.
