I understand the word you're hinting at, Brain, but I still don't get it.

EDIT: Nevermind. 8 is easy, if this product is available in your part of the world.

          Any clues on 8, anyone?
          is the name
          supposed to be helpful?
          or 2 types of fruit?

Spot on with - the name? or the fruits?
neither seem to be any help really.

Is this an America only product?
If so, I'm screwed in the UK aren't I?

Sam is a toucan, you can probaly google from there. 9 was easy but getting the spelling right was tricky. 10 is real clever. Stuck on 11

A mascot I've clearly never heard of in England, no doubt.
Who is Sam? If its product, chances are its NOT a global one.
No, that product isn't sold outside the US.

Stuck on 9, its making my head and eyes hurt trying to read it or make any sense of it.

I'm trying to unscramble 9 which I assume is an anagram?

In other words a tv show I'll never have seen in the UK.
Hmm, anyone seeing a pattern here?
Creator really should have said this puzzle was for Americans only.

Well the cable station is world wide (it became a household name in the first Gulf War), but I don't know how far the BBC has come on variety and choices.

What level are you on, RBS? I'm a bit confused on 11.
