I need MAJOR help with level 14. Been on it for 2 days now. I found something, though.

You have seen the hint in the source, right? And that it contradicts the level's title? Now combine the four words on the page with this hint (one by one) and you will get four new words.

Have read all the clues for level 14 and i'm still non the wiser....have tried moving letters around and all sorts.....would a cryptogram solver even help? Please please please can I have a hint

No anagramming and no cryptograms. Just the link and the words, that's all you need. You have to replace something of the link..
