Well I've submitted a level idea over 2 weeks ago and Aneninen still hasn't responded, so...
1. He hasn't checked his email in weeks.
2. He hates my idea so much that he doesn't even want to reply.
3. He loves my idea so much that he knows that he will put it in the game and doesn't want to tell me in order to keep it a surprise.
