is the binary on level 16 supposed to decode? because it doesn't.
not the top line on its own (makes nonsense), not both lines combined (isn't divisible) & not the bottom line on its own (makes nothing)

No...

Its to be used in conjunction with the words on the other wall... they match up and you use the letters that correspond with the 1's..

I'm still trying to get past 11 to where you are. I went down the chinese symbol way and have reached one of 3 temp ends so far. Any clues about getting past level 11...
