To chat,type in the person's name.If you can't remember the order in which the names are in,look back on level 9.That level has all the names.Remember,this Man said he was in the second row.

The UN/PW for the door is easy.

Where it says "A username and password are being requested by http://ebony.extra.hu. The site says:****p***P", look at what the site says.Turn it backward.Didn't one of the previous levels have a password for that? Change that UN/PW backward.

these un/pw must be from level 16 if i'm right, but i cant remember them or find them anywhere... i tried to find them but i cant... i knew that i should do sth with that level, but i cant find them.... =( that's why i asked help for the chat too... but none of the names in the second row work.....

and also, i think that the name i have to chat with is m****** but when i put that it takes me to the page "Control Screen" and it says:
