First, do you have 14 letters? or only seven. If you only have seven, take a close look at the URL and the name of the level...that will give you a hint as to how to get the rest. If you have all fourteen, I used an anagram solver and plugged the letters into that...you only get one answer that way

Now, can someone help me out with 39...

I have the 12 pictures, and I have seen the numbering in the filenames, and I saw something about ascending, but I'm not sure how to put that all together for a reasonable answer

You have to remember what levels they're from, then put them in level order. You don't need all of them.

About part of what you said about 39...

The clue in the source code, take it literally and try putting it in the URL. Replace "recapitulation" with EXACTLY what it says in the source code! It doesn't help much, but you can see all the pictures together that way.

Well, you have red and blue letters, but beside the color there is another way to separate the letters. Focus on this.

are you on the level called 'lights out'? if u are here's a hint

move your mouse along the wall until the arrow turns into a hand then click that spot. then you'll see the picture with water and metal on it. all u hve to do is find the missing element and put the chinese word in the url.

ok also i'm on level 33 which has the bridge with the scroll on the ground and the yellow tile with the question mark on it. i know wat the hint in the scroll means and i've found some names to put in the UN/PW but none of them are working any hints?
oh and also i'm working on level 32 at the same time which is the level after you escape from the shadow lady it's called draw the line. i hve no idea wat word to put in the url and no idea where to look for clues.

33: The un/pw box tells you which names you need. PM me what you have found, so I can confirm if you are on the right track or not.

32: Clues can be found in the in the picture & the source. Check everything (level title, pic name, tittle, map title, coordinate title(s), additional hints, etc).

Check the lines of the force field on the pic. One of these lines will hold the clue to the answer. The hints in the source will help to understand what to do.
