Now I'm on lvl32 D*** t** L*** and I'm stuck

I checked the hint, map name, etc., but nothing clicked so far.
Do I have to "translate" the message in the pic?

Can I have a bit more hint on lvl32?

I googled m****c***, and guessed couple things, tried them all in URL, but nothing has worked so far. Also, I'm still looking for something with unusual names...( in E.B.O.N.Y., hardly anything has not-unusual names lol)

m**** c*** is correct. What you need to decode is in the picture itself. But it might be a little unclear and the word you get isn't a very common word.

Now I'm on the infamous lvl34 with blueish-green staircase with numbers...

Pass lvl34! and now I'm on lvl35, the yellow corridor, and so terribly stuck.
I figured out something somewhat somehow, but can't put them together to form an answer.

found four letters in the grid, combine them with the three letters on the wall, tried to anagram them, put it in URL, NOTHING WORKED!!!
