Are you sure that it`s the same level 28? If it is so, then yes, there's something wrong. But if you compare the two sites and there are different persons talking to you, then you are right.

Well, I didn't know there were more than one level28.
The one I am talking about has a very similar looking room with level9 "Talk4awhile" but none of those names on the floor. And in this level28, I can't talk to Z**** whom I talked to the first time.

Sorry, the first level28-look-alike room is called "First contact".

And, by "the text beyond the picture", you mean the source, right?
Well, I went back to both rooms and read each source and they were different, and that means those two levels are different.
