Stuck at X62. What does Don't Move! mean?

It's hard to help in X62 without spoiling the level. It's got weird internal logic, you have to try things, notice stuff, and then it sorta starts to make sense. At least the level explicitly says that certain things are red herrings, and most other things help at least a tiny bit.

R64: One of the pictures is easy if you remember something that has appeared many times before. The second one - if you don't know how to convert, look at the whole level again, there's a hint.
U70-74: PM me what you found. It's not possible to give general hints about this level, it's too big.

P57 - You'll have to take the gif into a photo editor and look at it frame by frame.
Think inside the boxes.

https://ezgif.com/split is your friend. Much more handy than firing up an image editor to look at each frame. Since the un/pw system has been reworked you don't even have to download the gif, just copy and paste the link.

Are there letters in every box? I've been adjusting the contrast and brightness, doing everything I can think of to manipulate the image but I can only make out three letters, only one of which I'm absolutely sure of
