Edit: An example: if the first picture was the state of Texas and the second picture was an IRS form the answer would be texastaxes

Its different. Had it been my game I would not have used the flower and the heart for Level 1 of the game because the second word is one I would consider rarely used except for people who do the crossword puzzles. Most of the following levels are much easier.
