The movie really has nothing to do with it.

There are two words that will lead you to the tool you need--say them out loud

That code was one of the first things I tried, it comes out as gibberish. Three of the numbers don't even translate into valid characters. Is there some specific decoder I need to use that doesn't use standard ASCII?

I've tried saying the clue in the source outloud to find the cipher but I cant seem to find it on purple hell.

I've tried h** to ascii and decimal to ascii etc.

It's not a cipher.

You need a certain table. Use the first two columns.

I solved it by pasting the clock into pain tand then dawing each time, individually, onto it. Look for letters.
