I need some help on 36.

I tried taking the first letter of every country and anagraming to make a word. Also tried signal flags but theres flags there that arent on any signal flag.

I need help on 37, I know what cipher to use. I seen the thing in the source and applied that but whats the key word. I tried the obvious one but it wont work. I'm using purple hell.

Have you found the clue in the source? If not, scroll down. If so, the hint at the bottom and the URL will tell you what tool you need. Use 6 when you find it.

Have you found the key? Look further into the picture's properties, if you haven't... and doe the cipher your using match your URL?

If you found the 2nd pic you shouldn't need to darken it. I'm sure it helps you see it better but I seen it fine without one.
