Seriously, I am really doing a bad job on this riddle. From level 10 on, I get stuck on almost every level. Now again on level 16.

I applied the numbers as digits to the text, and also to the letters of my keyboard. I started over from each line and it just continued counting if there were no lines.
I looked at the first letters of each line, the last letters of each line, I anagrammed, tried Caesar's cipher, qwerty-dvorak, but I only get gibberish

Is one of the things I tried even close to what I should do?

Okay, so I finally saw the light at 16.. to get stuck again on 17.
I've decoded everything, also the symbols, but my attempts for the o******* of w***** are all wrong.

Thank you Bronwyn! I didn't saw it that way. Onto 18..

I don't have the right thinking frame for this riddle. On 19..

I know the band, its members, the album, the song, where it was used for, the album it's on. But I don't get the source clue. Worked with the title, worked with the 6 pictures, with the band members names.

The source clue really made me think I had to puzzle/anagram.

Onto 20.. and found a nice fitting solution that doesn't work.
Going to continue to work on it this evening.
