In need of some help, I have all the answers on riddle 2 but I am extremely stumped on #4 ,22, 23 all the clues are not ringing any bells any more clues anyone could give me? Thanks

I am completely stuck on 14. I have

8 and 125 are C numbers

but I can't figure out for the life of me what the C stands for

Nevermind got 14. Now stuck on 15, 18, and 27 of Phonetix II

On Phonetix 1 all I have left is number 14. I can't figure out what in the world the c stands for...

And on phonetix 2 I have 4,9,15,18,22,27 left..

Does any one have any hints?
