I know the game now, and get all the "names" but I don't know what's next. Counting something doesn't seem to be the solution here...

I've visited several web pages regarding this game and did countings and stuff....to no avail of course. I even tried to find actual image of this game, tried to find p**** system of this game ( I actually found one but none of the r***** were listed) .

What else can I do with 49?
