I'm stuck at 17. Similar level at Shahar's first riddle doesn't help me as I don't remember at all how I solved it.

Yes, I've seen the hidden hint. First I thought it's about the c****s but couldn't find anything useful. Then I thought it could have something to do with P***** B***** J**** T*** by B***w**** B*** but that gave me nothing useful.
