Where do I start?

I googled couple words I saw in the narrative including the number, also the hidden hint. Got couple hits but I couldn't put them together=they had nothing in common. Oh, and I hope the hidden hint has nothing to do with a certain comp. program.

Can I have a little nudge here?

Wow! WTG for solving 18 all by yourself, Smidget. That was really a rough one.

The hidden hint is an anagram, however there isn't an anagram solver who can help you with it. But it's essential you figure it out to solve this level.

When you unscramble the hidden hint correctly, you know you have to travel on the net. Keep this in mind, and know the solution exist out of 3 "words".

If the anagram would be "dogma horse" instead, it most likely would be much easier to solve it (only 1 word), and you wouldn't have to travel, because then you already would be on the right place.

Wow, 19 is going to be a lot harder to solve than I thought...

I'm now working on the hidden hint, which, at this moment looking damn near impossible to scramble So, the next step will be typing the "unscrambled" hint in the URL? then see what happens? or the "unscrambled" hint will tell me where to go? Probably I will have to figure out what exactly "travelling on the net" means first, which, I have got some ideas already.

Oh, well. I got a feeling this one was going to be reeeeaaaalllly tough.

I know I'm on the right track, for, I'm getting eggs. Found two names easy, but no luck with the others.

Uh, 22 is a game, too? I only took a quick look at it so I don't know yet, but this one looks like another brain teaser...
