I don't want to sound lame but I can't do the escape one- everytime I get some of them on to the spaceship the rest run away. How do i do it if anyone's there?tip: never eat more than you can lift

You have to put the little ones on the spaceship site.
On my last try I had all micros in the ship, but how do I make them take off?

get enough babys and adults in the ship, after building it completely that is. the babys won't build the ship if there's one of those red thingys
