ok, new question. How long does it take for the fishes to give birth?

this i am not sure coz it doesn't say in the help section of the start menu but i got all my fish pregnant yesterday, come back today, and ten were dead only got three left, so i think from now on i will, play real time, when i am onlline, then when i go offline i will stop time in the game. (you can do this by going to the options button in the start menu.)

I have also found that you can mark a price on your fish, so that you are not selling them really cheap and losing money. all you have to do is drag and adult fish 22+, to the blue space at the bottom called the isolation tank, then press the species button, this will then show you the species of the fish then you have the price to sell it at the right. set the price you want and press done.

In the shop it says the yellow container is ick ointment or something...

if you look they are the food and the ointment are the same colour but look different containers
yes that is available to buy, but the food is already provided for you at the top left of the tank, in the shop you can research and upgrade the food, but that cost $200, and i aint got nothing lol skint

How do u know if the fishes get hungry? The health and fed bar is always white...?!?!?

it will always be white when you are not holding a fish!
you have to click the fish and hold with your mouse, then their details will be shown in the bottom right hand corner. from what i can gather
- green means they are ok- red means you need to feed them or give them ointment, for green growth, or white spots, both ointments are available in the shop. try to keep both bars full of green!

All my youngsters are in poor health...

I gave them vitamins, but that didn't work.

some of them are 20 now, but if they keep detariorating in health, they won't make 22 and I'll never sell anything.

I have no money to buy something else for them. They didn't look specked or anything, but who can tell, they were still very small then.

WOW, I'm just as bad at keeping fish alive in this game as i am in real life. Yikes! lol

i just had the same problem esther, sadly i had no money , so i just chucked them in the bin! lol, mine didnt have green or white specks so i dont know wot was wrong with them.

Hm, I have sold two fish and gave my fish both ick and fungal treatment.
It doesn't help...

What am I doing wrong?

Soemtimes the game soesn't work properly.

I have a dead fish I can't throw in the bin. I can throw it in actually, but I keep seeing it on screen...

i think the game is a bit buggy, coz the same has happened to me, also when the new fish were born, there seemed to be a problem when i tried to drag the adult fish, there seemed to be los of them as i was dragging them, so i then need to close the window and go back to the site again.

Ok I have no idea what's wrong with the fishes, But I suppose they seemed kinda green*as if they had a green spray on part of them* (SO I bought that anti fungal or w/e stuff...) It didn't work. Death was my poor fishes only option so they died an i was like dammit..... :/

I started another game, and some babies had white spots when they were a little older so i bought the other stuff. They all died as well.

It seems the first batch of fish, the originals that come in the first eggs you get for free-when I used that growth stuff- Live the longest! They are the only ones that survive! But then when they breed.... Not all survive.

I have had TWO fish that were born by way of breeding survive. The rest just died.

Some fishes cannot survive in a certein kind of tank condition. you nid to do reserch enviroment which cost some $$.
you can change the time mode by going to th options.
to check if da fish is pregnent, juz drag it to a small little tank located at the bottom of the screen
Sometimes customer don't want to buy the fishes as the selling price is too high. to change the price, drag the fish to the samll tank at the bottom and click on options.
Fishes do get sick, but sometimes you need more then one drop of each kind of medicine to cure the fish,
