1) Are you sure that your email address is still valid? (There are e.g. email accounts that get automatically deactivated if they are not used for some weeks).
2) Do you have a second email address to try?
3) This is all that I found on the website in the FAQ:
9. I didn't get a confirmation email!
Some mail inboxes put the confirmation email in the junk folder, have a look. Otherwise, you might have made a mistake in your email address. In that case, you must wait unitl midnight and try again (that's when non validated players have been deleted) and try again.
