Uuuh... Go to that "Commisar" Palce, grab a cup (Any CTRL) Press Shift (ANy) then CTRL next to one of them, and use teh boxes to get to ppl, Go on Small Box-Then jump on big one, Now-P.S: Hold Z to Run
