Stuck on 44 -- Impossible?

I am also stuck on 44.
I have tried hundreds of times and I have concluded it is impossible. I do not think it is possible to get the balloons that are above you when you start. You can get most of the other balloons, which would be enough, but you can't get them all in one try because you need the Pac-Man in too many places. I am not one to give up easily on this game either. I like this game because some levels are easy and fun, while other ones are challenging. Level 44 though, I think is impossible. If I am wrong, please someone offer a solution.

Thank you for the video walkthrough. I tried bouncing that arrow off the left side hundreds of times and I couldn't get it just right. I knew what to do but I just couldn't do it. Thank you so much for your help. I'll keep trying !!!

I think you have to pop the left handside first, then the bottom row then frozen bottom row!

for level 24:

try hitting the nail balloon right on top of you, then, in inconceivable timing, hit the nail ballon above the ice balloon at the same time the nail balloon beneath the ice balloon gets popped, so that the two balloons on either side of the ice balloon get popped at the same time, i did this in unlimited dart mode, which helped, but this maneuver does only require two darts. i hope this helps. it might take a few tries though.
