Hi, I need your advices to improve my funny game

Hi gamer friends,
I am creating a funny online puzzle game. Idea is to guess the character player has choosen asking few questions.
Game is learning informations on character after players answers questions.
More there are players, more the game will be smart.

I need your feedback to improve the game and presentation to have something more userfriendly.
Technical advices (on technology, algo) are welcome.
Do you think a Flash version may be better? I'am scared to have something to slow and to heavy !
