Got me flummoxed

I´m already stuck on 2.

The two hidden things don´t ring a bell. I tried to apply the second to the text but no avail.

linkin OMG was that what the other 2 things on level 2 said? I never could get those but this one I found and got to 3.

Phew, this is really tough.

Googling the pic name leads to someone related to a cipher but it doesn´t work.

I think I need a hint again.
