The Great Team Challenge (obsolete posts)

It's a riddle game, where you have to make teams.

If enough teams have registered, then they will get a password and chat room for riddling.

Fastest teams to solve the first round, will reach to the next round (and so on).

And finally, when other teams have been eliminated, then there will be a heads-up challenge (with two best team). The winner of this pair will become the Champion of Team Challenge.

Cool, just need one more then! Seems to be 3-person teams as far as I can tell.

7pm EET is 6pm CET, right?
I am 10 hours ahead of CET, and ozchick is 2 hours behind me I think (meaning 8 hours ahead of CET).

Obviously this puts us at some disadvantage with being among the first teams to solve the riddle each round, and progress. How long do you estimate each round to take? If 30 minutes to solve any given riddle is slow, then we stand no chance. If 4 hours is fast, that is more convenient for our timezones.

I assume that 7pm is an appropriate time for Europe and North America, and that you probably won't change it, but how will you make sure Oceania (albeit smaller continent) is not put at a disadvantage?

19:00 +/- 2hours is the best time for me to upload it. But if there are lot of people who want to change the time, then of course I count with them.
Another thing that is possible, if timezone is not good enough, then I just give you the password later(here the solving time starts, with the sending the password).

As you see it's SEASON 1, so all your opinions are welcome.

Also if you can't find a third person it's still ok to participate, but 3 is recommended

I was wondering about that myself, it will be 2am the following morning here when the first round is put on at 7pm there. Nevermind, we just wait and see I guess.

About the riddle:

ROUND 1 - 8 fastest teams will recieve tickets to the quater finals
ROUND 2 - 4 fastest teams will recieve tickets to semi-finals
ROUND 3 - 2 fastest teams will recieve tickets to final
ROUND 4 - fastest team will win the season 1 and become the Champion of Team Challenge.
Registration ends 4 hours before the start.
