Enter the lowest unique bid and you win! The lowest unique bid is the bid with the lowest amount that only one person entered. See example.

Although $0.01 is the lowest amount bid, more than one person bid that amount, so it is not unique, same for $0.02 and $0.05. Although $0.03 is the next lowest possible unique bid, no one bid this amount, so is not a winner. $0.06 is a unique bid, yet it was not the lowest amount bid by only one person. $0.04 is the winning bid because it is the lowest amount bid by only one person.
Keep In mind, As long as you have a Unique bid, You still have a chance to win. This is for the simple fact that if the Leading bidders LUB in Knocked out, Your Unique bid may be the next lowest unique bid in line. Which would automatically put you as the leading bidder. So check back to all auctions you have a UB in to see if it turns into the LUB.
