This is a riddle game where you have to fill in the missing part in a chain of letters/numbers/symbols to proceed.

Hint:

Start with B and choose every second letter (first even letters then uneven).

Bigger spoiler:

enter every second letter from the first series (ABCDEF) in this order:
2nd, 4th, 6th (then change to uneven letters) 1st, 3rd, 5th
